Local families have options for free clothing at the former high school and at the First Baptist Church in New Lebanon, both open on Wednesday, April 8.

Valley View Community Clothing Closet

The Valley View Community Clothing Closet offers monthly shopping nights at the former high school. The Clothing Closet is open to Valley View families and local residents. No registration or proof of need is required. See Free Shopping Nights Support Families.

Shopping events are usually the first Tuesday and Wednesday of the month, 4-6 pm. In April, the Community Clothing Closet will be open on Wednesday, April 8 only. Follow the Facebook page for updates.

The Village Pantry & Clothes Pin

The First Baptist Church New Lebanon provides weekly access to its Clothes Pin trailer with free clothing for families. Even though they are located in New Lebanon, they welcome visitors from surrounding communities.

The Clothes Pin is open weekly on Wednesdays, 5:30-7 pm at 335 S. Church St, New Lebanon.

The church also offers a free community meal at 5 pm on Wednesdays and the Village Pantry, serving those in need of food.
