The Spartans are coached by Devin and Laura Stoutenborough and a strong team of specialty coaches.

Community Sendoff

The team headed out of town on Wednesday June 3 to a crowd of community members and family. Boys head coach Devin Stoutenborough said the athletes had “worked very hard to get where they are.”

He noted that as recently as 2021 Valley View didn’t have any students qualify for the State meet, making this year a significant accomplishment for the boys and girls teams.

Stoutenborough credited Valley View’s strong Junior High Track program for helping build a pipeline of runners and field event athletes.
