The Ohio Lottery has announced that Kasey’s Gas Mart on State Route 725 in Germantown sold a winning Lucky for Life ticket last weekend.
A manager at Kasey’s said the winner will take home around $500,000 and the store will earn about $3,000 as a bonus.

According to the Lottery, the winner, who has yet to be announced, will receive $18,522.64 per year for a minimum of 20 years after 26.75% mandatory federal and state taxes. The winner may also elect to take a lump sum.

Lucky for Life is a $2.00 multi-state draw game with a top prize of $1,000 a day for life, and a second prize of $25,000 a year for life. Drawings are held daily, seven days a week, at approximately 10:35 pm, Eastern Time.
