Jackson Township Police have a new cruiser they have specially designed to honor veterans. The 2026 Dodge Durango features a camo look with a POW/MIA insignia on the hood.

Chief Mark Bruner said the Department budgets for a new vehicle annually, but hasn’t added one in more than a year.
Jackson Township Police have 6 vehicles, one for each of their full-time officers. Bruner says that approach helps with scheduling and reduces the wear and tear on each vehicle.
The new vehicle will be used on weekend patrols and featured in upcoming parades and events.
