James Grubbs was back in court Oct. 29. The former Valley View softball coach has been charged with voyeurism and grooming. Grubbs’ attorneys filed a motion to suppress the warrants in his case. Officer Bateman from German Township Police and Detective Geoff Getter of Germantown Police were in court to testify.
