Members of the Order of the Eastern Star in Farmersville are collecting donation items for the YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter.
Volunteer Kristi Eck said that the chapter is focusing its efforts on supporting the Domestic Violence Shelter in Dayton by collecting much-needed items. “We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and make a positive impact on others' lives,” she said.

“The Farmersville Lodge #155, located at the Farmersville Masonic Temple, is proud to be an active part of the local community,” she continued. The Order of the Eastern Star—open to both men and women—embraces the values of charity, truth, and loving-kindness.

Needed items at the YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter include:
Bath towels/sheets
Bottled water
Dishes & Kitchen Utensils
Diapers
Deodorant
Hand towels
Cleaning & hygiene supplies (especially
hand soap, brooms, and mops)
Lotion
Toilet paper
