Families with children have a number of options for community egg hunts in Farmersville and Germantown over the next two weekends. Be sure to bring a basket or bag to hold all of the eggs and treats.

Farmersville Community Easter Egg Hunt
Organized by the Farmersville Fire Association
Location: Farmersville/Jackson Township Community Park
Date/Time: April 4 (Rain date April 5), 2 pm
Notes: Includes areas for younger children and older kids
Valley View Community Easter Egg Hunt
Organized by the Germantown Lions Club
Location: Kercher Community Park
Date/Time: April 4, noon
Notes: There will be 2,000 candy-filled eggs to be picked up by four age groups: 3 years and younger; 4,5,6, years; 7,8,9, years; 10,11,12 years. Every child receives a prize.
Germantown Methodist Church
Date/Time: March 28, 1:30 pm
Notes: Welcoming kids 2-11, bring your own bag or basket
Community Harvest Church
Date/Time: April 4, 4-6 pm
Notes: 3,000 eggs, face painting, cotton candy, food truck.
4:30 Ages 1-preschool, 5:00 Ages K-5th grade
Ignited Church Easter Egg Drop
Date/Time: April 4, 1:30 pm (Registration 11-12:30 pm)
Notes: Ages 0-12 years
Slifers Presbyterian Church

Notes: Candy-filled eggs and treats afterward. Indoor option available if the weather doesn’t cooperate
