Fans of vintage cars have several options this month for car shows right in our community. Three different car shows are scheduled for September 19 in Farmersville and Germantown.
Jackson Township Police are hosting their evening Cruise-in with Cops in the Village of Farmersville. The event starts at 4 pm on September 19 and includes live music by FlatOut and food trucks. Awards will be given for the top 15 vehicles.
The second annual Cruizin at Kercher will start at 9 am on September 19 at Kercher Park in Germantown. The entry fee for vehicles is $20 and free for spectators. The event is open 9 am to 3 pm and will offer food, drinks, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
Slifers Presbyterian Church on South Clayton Road in Farmersville will host its 5th annual Slifers Car Show, September 19, 10 am to 3 pm.
The event will include prizes for top vehicles and a food tent. The event is free for visitors and vehicle registration is open 9 am - noon for $10.
