The Bryston Zane Keating Memorial Foundation is hosting its 7th annual Angel in the Outfield Wiffle ball tournament on August 30 in Farmersville.

The annual tournament is in memory of Bryston Keating, who died in an ATV accident at age 8 on July 4, 2019.

Registration is now open for teams from Kindergarten through adults, for 6-8 players. Games will start at 10 am on Sunday, August 30 at Farmersville/Jackson Township Joint Park.

Funds from the event will support the work of the BK Foundation, which has provided funds for the new playground at the school and the Junior High Gym, which is named in memory of Bryston. The Foundation also supported the Big Boom for Bryston Fireworks held in Farmersville on July 5 of this year.

The Foundation raises funds with the popular “Be Bold. Be Brave. Be Kind” shirts many in the community wear.

The August 30 tournament will include a gift basket raffle of items provided by community members.
